I'm putting a 4 star review, only after Susan, owner, listened to my concerns and did her very best to fix my butchered hair cut I received on Friday. Dineen and Susan have done my hair previously several times with no issues. I called Thursday to see if Dineen was working - Susan said she was out on a medical leave but they could still provide a haircut. When I arrived Friday afternoon, I was not greeted, even though Maureen was standing at the front desk looking at a piece of paper. Another stylist finished with her client, and signed me in. Maureen finally acknowledged me and took me back to her chair. I showed her a prior picture of my haircut, the same picture Dineen and Susan has both used. A stacked bob (layered) slightly longer in the front. Unfortunately, I was not heard and the picture I had was almost useless. Maureen took the buzzer to the back, there was no layers or stacked back. It was a hard line. I was mortified - nobody has ever messed up my hair. Especially because I try to provide a very clear and simple explanation of what I like. I went I called first thing Saturday morning and spoke with Susan, she was extremely kind and apologetic. I was unable to return until today and was not disappointed. She did a wonderful job trying to fix the mess Maureen created.
